Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Kelvin Grove Campus

The Queensland University of Technology Kelvin Grove campus isn’t just somewhere I’ve visited, it’s been a constant part of my life for years. I completed my Bachelor of Education here, later returned to teach on campus within the Faculty of Education, and even had an office in the main admin building. These days, I live directly across the street, so I’m still on campus regularly.

It’s also where my son now studies and works at Bagel Boys, which means between the two of us, we have a very current, day-to-day view of what campus life actually looks like right now, not just from a student perspective, but from behind the scenes as well.

Located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD, the Kelvin Grove campus is known for its creative industries precinct, modern facilities and open, walkable layout. But what most guides miss is how the campus actually works when you’re there. Where to eat between classes, the shortcuts students use, which buildings matter, and how everything connects.

If you’re searching for a QUT Kelvin Grove campus map, this guide will give you more than just a layout. It will help you understand the campus like a local, so you can navigate it with confidence whether you’re a future student, a visiting parent, or just exploring the area.

In this guide, I’ll walk you through the key parts of the campus, along with practical tips, facilities, and local insights that only come from years of studying, working and living right here.
