About our Emerald Apartment

With 90 sq. ft. of interior living space and an additional 12 sq. ft. private balcony, Emerald Apartment is designed for easy living. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly from the living and dining area to the balcony, making it a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring Brisbane.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and thoughtfully furnished, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of storage. With two bathrooms, getting ready is easy — perfect for shared stays or guests who value a little extra privacy.

Building Facilities

The apartment includes one secure car parking space in the lock-up garage beneath the building, giving you peace of mind and direct lift access to your apartment.

As a guest, you’ll also enjoy full access to the building’s resort-style facilities, including two outdoor swimming pools, BBQ areas set amongst landscaped gardens, and a well-equipped gym. Step-free access and lifts make moving through the building simple and convenient.
