About our Sapphire Apartment

Located on the 10th floor, our Sapphire Apartment enjoys stunning sunset views over Mt Coot-tha. It’s the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a good book.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with a Queen-sized bed that guests consistently rate as “super comfy” — many say it’s the best sleep they’ve had in ages. You’ll also find a high-speed wifi connection, a dedicated work space, Chromecast to the TV, and even a retro record player with a selection of vinyl records to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and I’ll leave a breakfast ‘starter pack’ of bread, spreads, tea, coffee and long-life milk to help you settle in. Fresh linen, towels, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a full laundry with a dryer are also provided.

As a guest, you’ll have full access to everything the building offers:

The building has step-free access, and a lift takes you directly from the secure car park to your apartment.

Kelvin Grove Urban Village has everything you could need right on your doorstep. Directly next door you’ll find:

Chemist, hair salon, frozen yoghurt and bubble tea shop
Queensland University of Technology (QUT)
Queensland Ballet Academy
Queensland Academy for Creative Industries (QACI)
Victoria Park

It’s an easy walk to:

Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (1.3km)
Suncorp Stadium (1.3km)
RNA Showgrounds (2km)
Brisbane CBD (2km)
South Bank and QPAC (2.3km)

If you’d rather not walk, the Kelvin Grove Busway is just a two-minute stroll away. From there, it’s only a five-minute bus ride into the CBD or South Bank.
